WHAT IS TOXIC BODY BURNOUT?

In our modern world we constantly are faced everyday with human poisons which cause energetic imbalances in our bodies. These poisons are commonly called toxins, causing imbalances that result in cellular damage, affect our metabolism, create physical symptoms, and create emotional and mental instability.

There are two types of toxins, exogenous and endogenous. Exogenous toxins are present in the outside environment, whereas endogenous toxins are produced as a result of imbalances in our metabolism.

Major exogenous toxins which affect us are:

  • Prescription, recreational, and over the counter medication
  • Tap Water
  • Plastics
  • Smog and Petroleum
  • Heavy Metals
  • Pesticides
  • Bacteria Viruses and Parasites

Endogenous toxins are produced as a result of compromised digestion and inefficient metabolism. They can result from pancreatic digestive enzyme deficiency, poor eating habits, and wrong food combinations. Examples are candida, elevated homocysteine levels in the blood, and elevated blood levels of uric acid.

With continued accumulation, the lymphatic system, liver and kidneys functions, and become less efficient in their ability to excrete these harmful waste products, causing toxins to first accumulate in the connective tissues of the body, and then in the organs. The resourceful body tries to initially compensate by having the endocrine (hormonal) glands secrete hormones to help stimulate detoxification. Over time these glands also become inefficient, coupled with reduced organ function, the body then “burns out”. The body’s burnden becomes so high that the end result produces an ideal environment for illness to thrive and flourish.

Some signs that your body has a toxin buildup include:

  • Brain fog
  • Hair loss
  • Fatigue
  • Brittle toenails
  • Bad breath
  • Nausea
  • Weight gain
  • Buildup can lead to illness such as:
  • Cancer
  • Parkinsons
  • Cardiovascular Disease
  • Gout

Don’t let the overabundance of toxic chemicals in your body be harmful to your health, and in worse cases, your life! Don’t wait until its broken to fix it! Implement a healthy nutritional program with detoxification support into your lifestyle today!
